Are you a home (UK) or EU student? Here are funding opportunities for you. The University of Surrey is delighted to announce the Full Surrey Award 2019 entry for eligible students to study at the undergraduate program.

The scholarships are open for the residents of UK & EU countries who are in the first year of study are eligible to apply for the scholarships.

Eligibility

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
  • The applicant’s household income must be less than £25,000.
  • The applicant must be normally resident in POLAR4 postcodes rated 1 or 2.
  • The applicant must be a UK or EU student.
  • The applicant must be paying full tuition fees (therefore NHS-funded students and students who are being funded are not eligible).
  • The applicant must also have correctly filled out and submitted your application to Student Finance England/Student Finance European Team for a loan and must also make sure that you and your parent/guardian have given your consent to share the information with the University.
  • Care leavers bursary: In order to be eligible for the car leavers bursary, the applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • The applicant must be under 25 years of age and will have been in care for at least 13 weeks after the age of 14.
  • The applicant’s household income must meet all of the criteria.
  • The applicant must be a UK or EU student.
  • The applicant must be paying full tuition fees (therefore NHS-funded students and students who are being funded are not eligible).
  • The applicant must also have correctly filled out and submitted your application to Student Finance England/Student Finance European Team for a loan.
  • The applicant must also make sure that you and your parent/guardian have given your consent to share the information with the University.

How to Apply

The University of Surrey will identify the candidates, and then you can apply for the scholarship. There is a range of support available to help finance your studies. Candidates who meet all eligibility criteria can apply for the scholarships. Application deadline is August 31, 2019.
